Careers at Shakhsiyah

At Shakhsiyah Schools, our Careers Program is deeply intertwined  by the Seven Principles of Shakhsiyah Education, which shape our holistic, Islamic-centered approach to nurturing well informed and culturally aware young adults living in Britain. These principles ensure that every aspect of career education aligns with our Shakhsiyah ethos. The annual Summer Careers Term serves as a dynamic platform for students to explore careers through the lens of their faith, integrated with the Gatsby Benchmarks for excellence in career guidance and a self awareness of personhood.

This policy applies to all pupils from Years 7 to 11. It is implemented through a whole-school approach involving teachers, leadership, parents, employers, and external education providers.
